Bhai Kadai — Restaurant in Muscat

Looking after so many helpfull reviews, yesterday went for lunch at around 11.45 am with my wife, ambience was good, They advertise that we use fresh mutton, but I would suggest to serve freshly made mutton biryani....we ordered Ambur mutton biryani which did not have any eatable pieces as mostly bones, secondly, normally when mutton is properly cooked, flesh can be easily taken from bone, but at Bhai kadai it was not the case, mutton was stiff. When mutton was brought at our table, the utensil was stone cold and inside warm biryani, it was appearing as if they have used microwave to heat it. For 2 OmR we did get value for our money, I would suggest take 3 omr but serve freshly made and properly cooked biryani. Other side dishes of mutton were also not properly cooked but taste was good, only one person handling orders, serving and also handling cash counter....maybe I entered restaurant at...

Charged extra money for the item not ordered.

Me & My friend ordered 2 set Porotta and coconut Milk,2 tea and 2 extra porotta. While billing they charged for porotta and chicken curry.I informed at the counter ,but they refused that they don't have porotta and coconut milk in the billing system.BUT I HAD THE SAME BEFORE FROM HERE AND THEY CHARGED 0.525 PER SET BEFORE MANY TIMES AND POROTTA + SLN IS THERE IN THE BILLING SYSTEM.I show this to the cashier, even then also he refused to give the extra money I payed .Finally he gave me .200 ba instead of .400bz. So I didn't accept that.

They charged 2.1 instead of 1.7. Also arguing while I pointed out their mistake.

I never cheat anybody... But this type of business is not good for anybody. This is looting money by cheating customers. I never ever go this place again .

I Don't know what to say! Very bad experience. We ordered two biryanis, one was chicken ambur biryani and the other was mutton ambur biryani. The quantity given was so less for the price (we paid 3.9 omr for two biryanis) which was quite expensive compared to other restaurants. It was more like a pulao, mashy, we didn't like the taste at all.. I won't recommend this for any Telugu people out there because this is not the biryani we eat.. may be this will be good for Tamilians. Not our taste, doesn't reach our Telugu Cuisine.. (both Andhra and Telangana). But I appreciate their small amount of sweet they gave (godhuma rava payasam) was good.. this was our first and last ordering from this restaurant. Will not...
