Extremely disappointed with the management and handling of customers. We had to wait almost 15 mins since they did not have any menu to give us (they had handed all of them out to a few other tables). The complimentary garlic bread came after almost half an hour and wasn't anything special either. They had only two waiters serving around 7 tables.
Food: We ordered a Mix Combo Platter (grilled beef + grilled chicken + 2 lamb chops), and a Chicken Alfredo. The lamb chops were a little undercooked (raw). Other than that the food was delicious. No complaints there at all.
Billing: This is where a big messup occurred. I presented my UBL card at payment time and expected them to adjust the usual 15% off on dinner discount that UBL offers (and which is mentioned even today on the UBL website and app). The manager refused to give the discount and kept saying prices have gone up after Corona and his restaurant has no deal with UBL anymore. I tried to explain to him that it is extremely unprofessional on his part to not even have a disclaimer that discounts are unavailable. He kept beating around the bush about prices being high and blah blah and how he serves 200 customers daily and how he can't inform everyone about it! My "feedback" to actually help improve their service seemed unwelcome. It is quite shocking that such an old restaurant would create such a bad scene for a measly 400rs, especially when they offer 15% discounts to disgruntled customers (as is evident on all their bad reviews on Google)! I told him he should at least ask UBL to immediately remove the discount offer from their website and app, but it seems to me that they actually want the free marketing UBL is doing for them. :)
Price per head: 1500 approx (without desserts) Music : yes, very low and unobtrusive Ambience: dark, good privacy

The quality of food and service has dropped significantly, and the place is in desperate need of renovations.
The food prices have skyrocketed, but the quality and service don't justify the cost. We started with chili garlic prawns, supreme nachos, and cream of mushroom soup. The prawns were the worst we’ve ever had—smelly and undercooked. When we complained, they offered to re-cook them, but the smell persisted. It was unbearable and completely ruined the appetizer experience. The nachos were average, while the quantity was sufficient, they lacked the toppings you'd expect from "supreme" nachos. The only saving grace of the starters was the cream of mushroom soup, which was well-prepared and enjoyable.
For the main course, we ordered three well-done beef steaks: Jackson Steak, Twin Steak, and American Fire Steak. While the steaks were flavorful and well-cooked, the portion sizes have noticeably decreased compared to our previous visits. Additionally, the presentation was disappointing. The platters were overcrowded with sides like fries and vegetables, which were burnt due to being served on a sizzling-hot tray. Serving the sides separately would have been a much better choice.
Overall, this visit was a letdown. The restaurant needs to address its quality control, service standards, and overall dining experience to justify its...

Not that spicy. Sea food platter was very yummy. the fried fish was so so tender and juicy, however Shrimp dynamite was a Miss though.. it was slight chewy (PC Taipan was superb). Twin chicken steak was the star of the show- its black pepper sauce packs some heat and white sauce balances out the spiciness of black pepper.. The beef steak (forgot the name) was great. It was juicy, tender and not chewy at all. Mushroom steak was also good. In terms of sides- based on my experience i advise to order either mashed potato or fries.. baked potato is just boiled potato with a dollop of sour cream on top of it and herb rice had very very little herbs in it, but not bad though. So just avoid baked potato, rest three sides are good to go..
Drinks: I ordered pina colada which was good and strawberry mint margarita. Thankfully strawberry mint margarita did not taste like a medicine and actually tasted good. Just ask them to pour less ice.. Dessert: molten lava cake. They served ice cream separately in a bowl. However it was good too.
Service was a bit slow but the manager is great.. he really knows the menu and gives good suggestions..
Good experience....
