So this review About Dejoos is not completely on the basis of their Food but the whole Cafe it self. A cafe should be a place where people can relax and get good food and have a nice chat with friends.
Prices: They can make this cafe much better by putting in some money which they get form the customers. Rest of Review will clear your thoughts.
1.Seating: 4/10 The seating arrangements were not that good. Like they have windows and they placed tables around it. In scorching heat of today (6/6/2022, 2:45 pm) They had Blinders Open taking in more sunlight and thus more heat. When you come inside a cafe it should be relaxing... but entering it was not that much of an impact as the heat difference from outside.
Ambience: 1/10 The ambience of a cafe is what makes it a cafe. Enter the Cafe of unusual noise which they called it music and that loud i cannot properly hear my mates. When asked to atleast reduce the Volume they didn't paid any attention. Upon the 7 consistent attempts finally managed to turn the Noise off.
Air Conditioning: 0/10 The Air is more conditioned by the ceiling fan than their ACs. Literally no hint of coolness and upon considering what they charge you for the disgusting Food they had they cannot afford a basic Air Cooler.
FOOD: 2/10 Absolute waste of Money i'd say. If you a sucker for WHITE SAUCE then they prepare almost everything in that Bland Sauce. They Paid Hamza Bhatti to review the food. But they don't even know the difference between Bolognese Lasagna and BΓ©chamel Lasagna. Food Items we had:
Drinks: 2/10:
Service: 5/10 : The service was good. they prepared the table for us and Got food on time and well served on good crockery.
This was an extensive review because the Money we Earn was Wasted on such services....
Β Β Β Read moreA Correction to the neon Sign there...."Don't grow up, it's a trap!" Instead it should be "Don't Eat Here, It's a Trap!" A good decor and even good taste is not everything. It's a whole package..... ambiance, taste, presentation, courtesy, order time, cleanliness, services etc. Sorry to say, they have failed in most. The entrance, as it's on first floor, is a dark, extremely unkept, dirty, stained and sticky stair case....leading to the cafe...which was assuring to see as I was not sure if that's the actual way to a fancy cafe!!! The decor was soothing to the eyes.... bright, colourful and tastefully done. A simple order of Chicken Wings and some chicken panini and iced tea I think, and it took them 45 minutes to serve! And guess what we were the only customers there! Yes....only one who ordered food! The table could pass for a glue.....and sticky and stained by previous customers and they didn't have courtesy to clean it....I asked and it got wiped with dry cloth....still same.....asked again to clean it with wet one. The floor had the same story....had to ask twice to get it cleaned up (pics attached can't justify the stickiness). Then comes the order......oh...it finally came!so late....for reasons beyond my comprehension. As mentioned earlier, we were The only customers and this Delay does not make any sense.....in 45 minutes a shinwari can serve you lamb...like seriously! The sauce of chicken wings was amazing and the wings were crispy and nice...yup! The panini was very average....any sandwich u can make at home actually. The glass for my coke with lime was so filthy that I had to return it ...not sure how they wash them...or just rinse it? Then came the time to pay.... Well, gave the credit card....only to hear....CASH ONLY! like seriously....was I even told this when I was ordering, was it even displayed at some place prominent....at least I didn't see coz it was not there. Gladly I had cash....else I don't know how I could have done it.
In the end with a very bad mood totally due to this whole episode we went....they offered us free dessert but I refused coz my day was already over! Nothing...no even a sweet tooth could mend the time lost due to this.
Islamabad is a very happening place for eateries nowadays and every now and then new ones are popping and yes ...they are closing at the same rate too! Word of mouth, reviews, Instagram, Twitter makes it really fast! With this performance....I don't think they'll survive long! The manager was very apologetic for this ordeal...but that doesn't matter. 1950/- for my order! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.... NOT RECOMMENDED... NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE... NOT CLEAN... NO VALUE FOR MONEY... DIRTY... UNTIDY...
NO ATTENTION PAID TO CLEANLINESS
In Short.... Decor 5/5 FOOD 4/5 CLEANLINESS 0/5 SERVICE AND RESPONSE 0/5 VFM 2/5 NOT RECOMMENDED NEVER GOING...

Chicken Parmesan:π
Chicken Parmesan, or Chicken Parmigiana, is a beloved Italian-American dish that offers a symphony of flavors and textures. The preparation begins with breaded chicken cutlets, which are typically pan-fried or baked until golden and crispy. These cutlets are then generously topped with a rich tomato sauce, often made from crushed tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and a touch of sweetness.
Next comes a layer of melted mozzarella cheese, which blankets the chicken and sauce, creating a gooey, irresistible topping. The dish is usually baked until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Chicken Parmesan is often served over a bed of pasta. The combination of crispy chicken, tangy sauce, and melted cheese makes this dish a comforting classic.
Moroccan Chicken:ππππΌππΌ
Moroccan Chicken is a flavorful and aromatic dish that showcases the vibrant spices and rich culinary traditions of Morocco. The chicken is typically marinated in a blend of spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon, along with garlic, onion, and often a touch of saffron for color and flavor. This marinade infuses the chicken with a complex, fragrant profile.
The chicken is then cooked, often braised or slow-cooked, with ingredients such as onions, tomatoes, olives, and preserved lemons. The slow cooking process allows the flavors to meld together, creating a tender and succulent dish. The combination of warm spices, tender chicken, and aromatic vegetables makes this dish a truly exotic and...
