California Bay — Attraction in San Fernando

Don't be fooled by the word "SPA" on its name, 'cause there ain't one(maybe years ago, when it's newly opened). Place needs major renovation/restoration. Ground is littered with over-riped mango fruits which attracts flies. Place has a small swimming pool and though it's located beside the sea, bounded by a seawall, beach is practically useless. It's about a meter wide, laden with trash. And imagine the tides at night (remember the seawall). There is not even a decent grill for your BBQ, evident that no one frequents this place. Not to mention the barking dog, which is very relaxing for a SPA. If you ask me if I would return to this place. NO, I won't. This is your typical last choice for accomodation because everywhere else is fullybooked. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, try it. But a place to...
