Poor mobility, vehicles, shuttle fee and lightings.

The same Entrance and Exit Gate are too narrow to accomodate thousand of employees inside the Economic ZOne, Shuttle fee are too expensive, minimum load balance for the RFID cost 50, and 50 for the RFID. NO bicycles/or Moountain Bikes are allowed to enter for this very large economic zone. The option all you have to do is walk almost 5 kilometers everyday if you dont want to pay for shuttle service. This company is too strict when it comes to traffic but there was already an incident that killed more or less 2 lives inside the economic zone. The guards collects fine of 200-1000 of every traffic violation you make. Nonsense policy and authority are the only way this economic zone had on hand. you have to pay 20-50 pesos every enter and exit on the Main gate if you dont have a CLIP sticker for 200 pesos. shuttle drivers are lazy and chose only one route instead of two, and the favorite route is the Main road route . I tried calling, but the phone contact of CLIP is down. The answering machine that supposedly allows to contact the admin office also returns a call end beep after selecting "admin office". I tried coming in person to the park today, to be able to discuss opportunities, nobody from the admin office contacted on the radio by the entrance guards even took the 5 minutes to come to the main entrance and give a business card or contact email to further discuss. CLIP is one of the ecozones in LapuLapu city, Mactan. Well developed, properly managed and ideally a park with good maintenance.
