Jollibee — Restaurant in Lapu-Lapu

This review is for Jollibee Basak-LapuLapu Drive-Thru (across City Times Square-Mactan): Tonight, I ordered (drive thru) 7pcs yumburger solo, 3 champ jr and 2 champ (I paid Php935) . I waited for my order to arrive for approx 15 mins, which is understandable because they told me ahead. However, I asked the counter to double check my order which is 12 items, and the crew nodded. When the crew handed to me my order (after 15 mins), I asked him if my order is complete, which is 12 items total, and he nodded. Trusting the credibility of Jollibee, I went ahead and left Jollibee. Upon arriving home, I opened the Jollibee plastic bag with my orders in it, only to find out I am lacking 1 pc Yumburger. My father, who was with me, also shared that he also experienced ordering in Jollibee Basak-Lapulapu drive thru; He ordered 2 pcs chicken joy, and when he arrived home, he only received 1 pce. It would be too inconvenient to travel back to Jollibee just to complain. I am trying to call now Jollibee Basak-Lapulapu to let them know about this disappointing Drive-Thru service, but no one is answering. To the crew or management of this branch, please do...

The crew are really nice and they have fast service. They are nicer than those who work in Jollibee in NAIA Terminal 3 who need to undergo customer service training including their managers. Some managers are just watching their staff/crew disrespect customers and them not helping their crews knowing there's a lot of customers waiting for their orders... different from my managers who are helpful to their staff and crew at the store when there's a volume of walk-in and take away customers. We were told to wait for 10 minutes for our order of pies and ice cream. That was fine but we were already lining up at the drive thru, so that was already time consumed. When we arrived at the payment window, we were told that they'll just bring our order to us.
