I recently had a deeply troubling and frightening stay at Eloisa Royal Suites from January 3 to January 16, 2025, and I feel compelled to warn others about the severe security failures and mishandling of incidents that occurred during my stay.||It all started on January 5 when my wallet mysteriously disappeared. Not only did this cause immense stress, but it also left me struggling to manage financially for the remainder of my stay. The hotel did nothing to assist or offer any meaningful resolution to the situation, leaving me high and dry.||Things took a far more terrifying turn on January 14 at around 9:25 pm when an intruder entered our room while my partner and I were in bed. Shockingly, the intruder seemed to know we were inside since the key card was in the slot. This invasion of privacy was absolutely horrifying, leaving us sleepless and my partner in a state of panic. When we reported the incident to hotel security, their response was not only inadequate, but alarmingly dismissive.||The next morning, we tried to connect the intrusion with the earlier disappearance of my wallet, suspecting the same person might be involved. The hotel offered us a room upgrade, which was utterly useless as we were checking out the next day. The head of security vaguely mentioned a suspect and the possibility of prosecution, but no real resolution was given. To make things worse, we later discovered that the security cameras on the 4th floor had been disabled the night of the intrusion. This raises major questions about safety, intent, and what the hotel was doing to protect us.||While a few staff members were friendly, the incidents we faced completely overshadowed any positive aspects of this stay. Our sense of security was destroyed, and we had to double-lock our door every night out of fear. The fact that the intruder knew we were inside, combined with the disabled cameras, still haunts us. We still don't know the intruder's intentions, and that uncertainty is unbearable.||On top of all this, I was promised compensation, but after sending about 25 emails asking for my bank details, I still haven’t received anything. This hotel, which I expected to be of high quality, has proven to be an absolute disgrace in how it handles its guests and security.||Do yourself a favor and avoid Eloisa Royal Suites...
Read moreWe initially booked a standard room, but upon arriving at the front desk, we were informed that no standard rooms were available. Despite the website still showing availability, the staff explained that they had forgotten to update the system. They offered to upgrade us to a premier room, highlighting the presence of a swimming pool. We were excited by this and confirmed the booking, assuming the room would be conveniently located near the pool. However, upon check-in, we were assigned a room in another building on the second floor. When we finally reached our room, my husband and I were extremely disappointed to find that it was much smaller and more cramped than it appeared online. The lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably, leaving us dissatisfied with our choice.Adding to our disappointment, the walk to our room was unpleasant, as there were plates, spoons, and forks left in the hallway—a clear indication of poor cleanliness. I nearly stepped on some of these items, but thankfully, my husband noticed and warned me. Once inside the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. After waiting around 20 minutes for the staff to address the issue, we were moved to another room where the air conditioning was working. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom sink in the new room was clogged, and the bidet holder was detached from the wall, further compounding our frustration. On the second day, my husband had to leave for work early in the morning and returned around lunchtime with food on his motorbike. The staff, however, did not allow him to bring the motorbike closer to our room, forcing him to walk approximately 150 meters in the intense heat. While they offered to deliver the food to our room, this was far from a convenient solution. To make matters worse, the front desk staff and security personnel were consistently unfriendly throughout our stay, leaving us with an overwhelmingly negative impression.Overall, this has been the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had. We deeply regret choosing this property, as it was absolutely not worth the...

Anyway, first room, the aircon was not getting cold, even after an hour on. I called the front desk and they switched me to another Premier Suite. Much much better aircon. I'm telling you it's a really small space, but good for the overnighter I was there for. If you have a longer stay, I hope you're good in small places. The queen bed was ok . . . A little firm, but I like it that way. Nice long, thick, comfy pillows. Standard 28 inch LED flat screen with cable box - decent channels. Built in skinny desk/counter - with one electrical outlet. There's an outlet at the side of the bed with also a USB outlet so you can charge your cellphone. Had a rainfall shower, with also a handheld shower cord, which could double as bidet if you wanted. Water got warm but not hot. Room service food was limited and expensive, as expected. Minibar full of sodas, snacks and cup-noodles - but again expensive. Tried for in-room massage, as advertised in their welcome book, but "not available" no matter when I asked. Even when I went to the massage Parlor just outside the hotel, they only had 2 masseuse on hand and always taken. Breakfast was decent, Filipino Style with Tocino, mini burger steaks, bacon, waffles, steam white rice, fried rice, mash potatoes, Aglio Pasta, white and wheat bread slices, small salad/fruit/drink bar with watermelon slices, mixed green salad, with a few toppings, a mango juice and four seasons and water. Staff were mostly friendly, helpful and always checking for your needs. Overnight front desk need a little customer service training. Steps away from Outlet stores, 7-11 and restaurants including Jollibee. Free airport shuttle pickup and drop off. Definitely not lush, but not too...
