We arrived at this location yesterday September 5th around 8:30pm the staff of this location needs major improvement the guy who took the order at the time did not provide good service when we placed our order it was already a lot we paid he doesn’t give us a pager to let us know when our order was ready not even a number when we dine in only a receipt and tells us around 20 to 25 min we sat there over that no one followed up with the order had to go back to the counter another guy comes I tell him what happen he doesn’t even apologize for what happen does nonething but say thank you and point to my food that was sitting there for a long time already had missing item in the order then the guy actually brings it again rude doesn’t even care about the issue and to add to him and the lady that was taking out the orders so rude and laughed when I try to report what happened will never go to this location again the one in grand mall is way better than this location at least they greet you and are not rude like this location was. The only nice person was the guard at the door. The rest need to learn customer service learn to apologize and take responsibility when there is a problem and be kind to the customer who is paying and say thank you. What idiot made the rule you can't build your own pizza? I wanted a pepperoni, mushroom, pineapple pizza but this Company said NO. You can either buy the pizza we show on the wall or you get nothing. I literally had to buy a pizza today not of what I wanted but what this COMPANY wanted to make and sale. Again I ask what IDIOT IN CHARGE thought this was a wise decision??
