Tumawag ako para kumuha ng reservation for 2, ok naman madali kausap yung staff.

Pagdating sa spa, ok naman, tinulungan kami ng recep na pumili sa mga available services ng Spa, so napili ko e traditional hilot at sa partner ko naman ay swedish.

Nagrequest ako sa recep na kung pwede yung “malakas” na thera yung ibigay sakin kasi hard massage ang preferred ko. So sabi nya ok so natuwa naman ako.

May staff na nag guide sa amin paakyat at tinuro kami sa isang room kung saan kami i-massage. Turns out, this room is not yet ready. So inayos pa nila habang nandun kami sa loob which is unusual kasi lahat ng spa na napuntahan ko, tatawagin ang guest only if ready na ang room. Pero no big deal, ok lang naman.

Na disappoint talaga ako sa massage. Parang hinaplos haplos lang ako ng masahista. And i really feel na hindi sya trained masyado kasi kahit ung flow ng massage e all over the place. Kahit na sinasabihan ko na sya sa preference ko, saglit lang nya gagawin tapos babalik ulit sa dati. Di naman siguro sya pagod dahil di naman madiin ung massage nya at di ko naman nararamdaman na nag sstruggle sya. I was so frustrated i just shut my mouth at baka di ko lang macontrol ang mga masabi ko sa thera.

Napaka layo ng level ng service compared sa ibang spa na napuntahan ko sa olongapo, that too, Tai chi spa is at a higher price point compared to others pero oks lang ang price kasi ineexpect mo na maayos ang massage pero hindi.

Even my partner was not happy with the service she recieved, alis daw ng alis ang thera nya, di nya daw alam kung bakit.

So, nagbayad kami, ang nakasulat sa resibo ko, e 2pax na swedish. So tinanong ko ung recep kung bakit ganun e I was expecting na mas mahal ang babayran ko, yun pala e nagkaron sila ng miscommunication nung thera na na-assign sakin. Kaya pasalamat nalang din ako at hindi hilot ang binayaran ko dahil mas mahal yun. Tapos di naman ako satisfied sa service.

I really want to commend the Taichi Wellness Spa team! Big thanks to Ms. Phylian for accommodating us even though the reservations were already full. My family and I just walked in, and since we were a big group, we didn’t expect to be accepted but she still made it possible. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the spa’s ambiance starting from the lobby was truly impressive.
