Tried going there for like twice but the cozy and stylish resto was always full which made me more curious, when we finally had a table on our 3rd attempt, we were so glad

AND I guess part of their menu are the huge Bottle “green” FLIES 🥲 At first it landed on my glass so I had it changed then when they were becoming so annoying, I requested for candles and yeah, they gave two tiny ones, and the most disappointing is when I scooped the salad with the baby back ribs, gravity ruled, a huge green squirming bottle fly fell on the vacant chair next to me, wingless—-could have already been mixed with the salad🤮.. for a restaurant expected to be with a class, there must be nothing like these kind of pests. it could not be from the outside because there really is a lot. PLEASE check your kitchen before the health authorities see for themselves. The supervisor was so apologetic the only words I said was “if you were in my shoes what will you do and feel?” They took off the baby back ribs from the bill, offered dessert but we chose coffee to neutralize that nauseous feeling but it still lingered. I’m sorry but I will never recommend...

Nice place with decent ambience. Attentive service. An interesting menu. Against my better judgement opted for Fish and Chips attractively named as Borough Fish and Chips. In my momentary lapse of judgement I imagined Gordon Ramsey‘s Version, especially given that the price was 750php. What came out was 100gr maybe 120gr at best, of the finest skin on Snapper, breaded… yes breaded… served on a bed of mushy peas (which tasted great, just not like mushy peas) more like a pea soup. On the side parmesan coated potato chips (very soft and soggy). It came with malt vinegar and Tatar sauce. The Tatar sauce was made with Sage? All in all I can see the effort being made to justify the price. However the main objective has been missed by a mile. It’s a shame really as the fish was has potential. We also had a short plate sandwich which we better...

Reserved for 8pm by Wednesday. Arrived at 7pm for friday reservation. Was expecting priority and to be served earlier. They made us last priority and accepted walk ins before us. 810pm we were assigned a seat on 2nd floor. The table was very low and had stains. It was not that durable. We requested to be moved to 1st floor. The table was not arranged, the stainless plate was dirty, the glass for water had a crack. We waited for another 20 minutes before salad was served. We can see that the walk in customers were served first with salad and valentines cookies. To add we had our son that we cannot leave alone in the house. They were unable to accommodate for special order which as per our conversation prior was not the case. I needed to run to McDonald's to buy his food. So disappointed and ruined our...

We ate at a time when there were thousands of tourists in Subic for the inaugural Ironman Philippines— triathletes, their family and friends. The waiters were swamped with orders so it took perhaps close to an hour before I got my order. But the salmon raclette was divine. It was served on a rectangular mini-tray warmed by tea candles below. Fresh salmon topped with a generous serving of melted raclette cheese that comes with parsley rice and a few pieces of mushroom and asparagus. The service, however, was wanting. Understandable because they’re not used to handling so many hungry people at the same time. Subic is usually ghost town except on race weekends. For dessert, there was only almond roca cheesecake. My daughter loved it. But her longganiza served with eggs and rice was just so-so.
