The worst customer service experience we had as a loyal customer of Jollibee. This happen on monday April 16, 2018 and because we are all tired and exhausted that night we decided to pull over and eat at this branch. Falling in line with a counter to a lady name "tere" written on her name tag. Then suddenly one of our friend got upset and leave saying "wala daw pang sukli"(they don't have a change for his bill).that friend of ours is about 2 person apart from us so we didn't have the chance to witness the conversation. When its my turn to order,so i looked at this lady in front of me and she ask "ano po order nila?" And her eyes is rolling around on different directions.so i dont mind, that thinking maybe shes just tired. i pointed out a meals on a sticker posted on the counter top by mistake. (A meal combo of yum with cheese a fries and a coke) i said "Ito po, ay sorry i mean spaghetti with yum and pineapple no ice"(my eyes is currently blurry looking at the menu board). Then she ask me again, "SO, ANO PO BA TALAGA ORDER NYO?" Same manner with her eyes rolling around on different directions. Thats the time, that i already notice she had a bad attitude even one of the manager is on duty beside her at that moment. So i just took my food and sat with my friends leaving the other members of the group to take their turn. Then, same thing happens to the one after me. She was ask to pay the exact amount even though before her turn, i saw with my own eyes that this crew is arranging bills on hundreds and fifties. So i came over and provide a change for my friend so she could order her meals.at that time my other friends had her time to order but already noticing this girls had attitude. Personally knowing this friend of mine shes a certified counter crew before graduating college. So she order her food and for the third time, she also was ask to pay the exact amount for which she doesn't have and i can't also provide because i already gave it to our friend before her. Then this time she already had her temper boils up. So she insist to order even if "Tere" refuses at the first time the being educated by my friend on the proper manner of giving ang producing bills for change. Going back to the car, all of us who order and eat at that branch feels very disappointed and dissatisfied with what this crew did. I hope that this crew will always remember the core values of Jollibee to provide excellent customer service experience...

After a 20 minute wait for our food we found out they had lost our bill, and still no food. Another 20 minutes and we saw our food sitting on the tray. The server was really slow. This is unacceptable, especially at 3pm. The employees here (especially management) don't seem to understand the concept of "fast food". They put no urgency at all into their actions. Will avoid this one...
