This is where you want to keep your dog and get them groomed!!! Long review but very worth the read! Thank you so much Snow Angels for being so accommodating to our situation! My boyfriend and I vacationed in the Philippines together and came across an 8 week old puppy in the street and decided to rescue him. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing, or what we needed to do to get him back to the US. We started looking for dog hotels in the area we were in, and probably contacted 15 different ones, who all rejected us because they refused to take care of such a young puppy, or we didn't want to use them because it was clear the workers weren't there for the animals, nor cared for their well being. Then we called Snow Angels and they told us they would take care of our young pup! So we got there and they were very kind and welcoming. They talked to us and were very down to earth people. We came to know them very well for the couple of days we had left there when we would stop by to visit our new puppy, and it was very clear they opened their business to take care of animals because it was their passion. They took care of our puppy for two and a half months! They took him to the vet for his vaccinations, and even set us up with a company to get him transported to the US where we were. They pretty much took care of the whole process of getting a foreign dog into the US, which is VERY difficult. Not only did they take care of our puppy, they loved him and pampered him. They gave him supplements and played with him any chance they got, they had him kennel trained, and socialized with dogs, cats, and people. They also sent us daily pictures and videos of our beloved puppy! I truly couldn't have asked for a better company or experience. I can honestly say I've come out not only with my beloved puppy in my arms at home here in the US, but I also came out of the experience with new friendships of the wonderful people who work here! Now Mani, our puppy named after the city in which we found him (Manila), is home with us and extremely happy! My babies love Snow Angels Pet Hub! This is our first time availing of dog boarding services, and Snow Angels looked the most promising from the get-go. I'm so happy we found this place because you can tell right away that the attendants genuinely love and care for animals.

My baby Koushi takes a while to warm up to strangers, but they were so patient with him. Eventually he even got clingy with them hahaha!

My babies stayed here for a week, so we got to avail of the free VIP grooming. My parents are so happy with their fluffy haircuts. We even received rebate points for their next stay! ☺️

Overall, we're very satisfied with the service. We're already planning our next trip because of the faith we have in their services. Thank you Snow Angels...

Thank you for taking very good care of my dog and repeatedly reasssuring me before I brought my dog, during the entire stay and after I got her back (answering all my queries) that she's in good hands. I feel happy and safe when I see the everyday updates of Astra that you send to me. They are very communicative, responsive and approachable. Very active so you can expect them to answer in a quick span of time after you send your question/s. They are also more or less 30 mins away from NAIA airport and I think terminal 4 is the closest.
