I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I work in the service industry; I've been a service crew member and am now a Team Leader. I understand the system.
I waited for almost half an hour for fries, an ice cream sundae, and cookies & cream. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED! After all that time, I was told there was no ice cream left. According to the manager on duty, an older woman, it wasn’t updated in their system. They only found out after we placed our order, and I saw the crew get splashed with vanilla ice cream. What kind of system is that? You're the manager! You have the responsibility to make sure what's available and what's not. Of course, I just asked for a refund since there was nothing else that could be done.

But the staffs here are quite efficient on their job, dined in almost midnight here because i need to travel back from northern luzon and it was raining. Lethargic due to exhaustion and hunger yet the staff are really nice that delivered my food when i was at the comfort room.
Con's: a lot of people dine here, so expect of shortage on table esp others treat it as lounging. Others aren't even customer but its rainy season cant blame them. Wish more dining tables.

This is actually the third time this has happened: I previously ordered a Bacon and Egg Sandwich with Pancake, but received only the sandwich. I also once ordered two 8-pc Chickenjoy buckets (1 Original, 1 Spicy), but received both as Original. Now, this most recent mistake with the sandwich order.
This is becoming unacceptable. I’m paying for specific items, and it’s disappointing to keep receiving the wrong ones.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and that proper steps are taken to avoid these errors...
