Jollibee — Restaurant in Pasay

For the 3rd Time Staff of jollibee partas pasay disappoint me. Twice ako nag order ng for takeout but both of them walang fries. The first one diko na binalikan kasi kala ko nalimutan lang then the second time nag order din ako ng meal when i check still di pa din nilagyan ng fries but i pay for it (i always order a lot). Then recently “today” i ordered B3 2 pcs burger steak with coke withouth ice then they charge me 120 for that so di ako nag questions kasi baka nag taas lang ng price instead of 90 its 120 na. Then when they give me my order they give me a large pineapple juice for drinks instead of a regular coke. Ang hassle ng Jollibee dto wala man lang online payment. I just came from work and the lady at the counter didn’t even bother to tell me na cash payment lang my gosh. I waited sa line only to find out na walang online payment. Be considerate sa mga tao na pipila pa. You could have done better by posting sa ENTRANCE na NO ONLINE PAYMENT!!!!! Nkakagalit

Very disappointed of what was happened this morning! The crew who took my order was too slow and didn't issued me the OR. It took too much hassle for me because there's 200php missing. I gave her 1k and I only ordered amounting 258php only. She gave me a change of 542php I was in a hurry that I didn't realized there's something missing. So, I need to call the store and complain.
