Chowking Edsa Zamora — Restaurant in Pasay

I had to eat here first and wait for the rain to stop when I ordered food that took 30 minutes to be served — and by then, it was already cold, even the soup was cold. Then I requested for take-out instead, and it took another 30 minutes just to pack the food, which wasn’t even that much. What’s worse is I could see your kitchen, and the staff weren’t immediately attending to the orders, even though it wasn’t that busy because of the rain. So i just had my takeout in this branch for a platter. But look what i got? Well since im not local i dont want to argue with the cashier.

I guess Chowking PH owe me an explanation. This is not the usual platter I ordered. Not even worth 100 Pesos to me, this is trash.

I dont care if you increase the price but at least I got what I want. This is a scam in broad daylight, trust me you just lost 1 customer today, its gonna be the last time I ever eat from Chowking. Please help me report this restaurant.

Working on ah GY shift in a BPO Company at Alphaland. On GY shift, cashiers are always "LUTANG" and somehow keeps on giving out wrong orders. For example my colleague ordered food with coffee, somehow they didn't punch it in and was given soda instead. Another example is I ordered ChowFan steamed Siomai but come out fried siomai.
