Staff services were great, especially Ms shelly and Grace. They also gave all the things we needed such as extra pillow, and other personal care products. The place is near the airport, so it is best place to stay for those who are looking for rooms to stay before travel. They also offer their own transportation straight to airport, star city, Moa and many more. So, you don’t have to look for taxi or grab whenever you want to go everywhere near the area. Its near the MRT as well so it is so near to the place where you wanted to go. The place is so clean and we are so comfortable to stay. It has its own restaurant and most especially massage shop. I will definitely stay here in the near future.

This hotel exceeded my expection with 2-star hotels. I have no complaints with my room (quadruple type). Only the exhaust fan seems not working and door knob is broken which is not an issue to me. Everything else works fine. The bathroom was very clean. Room seems to be seldomly occupied. What my family commends, is the excellent staff's service. All my demands with them were immediately met. Even my order of extra rice was faster than of the restaurants'. It's like we're not located in the 3rd floor. ☺️

+ I would like to commend Kuya/uncle Security guard for being nice & helpful. 🙌 + The hotel is convenient & is near the airport and bus terminals. - The room is cramped & small cockroaches linger in the room & in the bathroom. - The food at the restaurant is overpriced! Note: There is a 500 pesos deposit upon checking in. Keep the receipt & DO NOT FORGET to remind the staff to get it back when you check out.

The hotel is good and affordable considering the price and its location. We booked this hotel for the convenience of not going home wet from Hydro Manila. They have a parling for my motorcycle and some space for 2-3 cars in front of the hotel. They have a nice lobby and elevator. Room is okay although it's not that big. They have free amenities such as towels and toiletries. They also have available foods for room service but not available for room charge so you have to pay as soon as it is delivered. Its just few minutes away from MOA. If you are planning to go there by taxi or grab, it's better to take a 5-8 mins walk accross the footbridge rather than to ride a cab in front of the hotel and have a U-turn in Magallanes. The staffs in the frontdesk are not so friendly and welcoming. It took my friend to check in late as they have handled another check in for almost 30 mins. It seems like they have no system where they can identify which room number a particular guest is in. I booked the room but have to come late and my friends came in first. They left the key on the lobby and give instruction to give me the key once I arrive. When I arrived, I gave my id and ask for the key. They ask me to call my friend for them to talk to her. They should have had a record about the room under a certain name. Finally, after insisting that the booking is under my name, they give me the key of our room. I hope they should do better in keeping their guests record to prevent this experience from happening again moving forward. Our booking includes breakfast, don't expect too much, since the room rate is affordable you can't expect a buffet. Yes it's plated. It is not that bad though. The restaurant staff are not that nice as well. They didn't explained us about the breakfast (considering it's not indicated when we booked online) they just asked us whether we like tocino or longganisa. We have to ask for coffee (brewed but seemed like a black colored hot water) and tea. The housekeeping is quick and delivered our extra blanket request immediately. Good job! ||||Overall, we have a great time considering we are all together. Will still book this hotel if we have a chance or we need to. Just hope to see improvements...

Booked this Hotel as a QUARANTINE STAY Hotel as per arrivals process by the Philippine Government and the Bureau of Quarantine Philippines Directive.Though arrival passengers staying at Stone House Hotel Pasay in quarantine cannot exit the Hotel during their stay because of Covid-19 protocols laid out by the Philippines Government and the Philippines Bureau of Quarantine and Coast Guard rules, the Hotel management and front desk staff allows walk in guest – usually couples off the street – to come into the hotel and use the hotel's rooms for a brief period of two hour and exit (this was observed first hand by us while sitting in the lobby awaiting our rooms!!!). THIS IS ABSOLUTE HYPROCISY ON THE PATH OF THE PHILIPPINES GOVERNMENT AND THE BUREAU OF QUARANTINE TO ALLOW SUCH AN ARRANGEMENT TO EXIST AT THIS HOTEL AS IT DEFEATS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF KEEPING QUARANTINE GUEST SAFE FROM COVID-19.Again, as a staff there mentioned to us in confidence - it is the ‘management of the hotel’ that encourages the staff to violate the laid out government quarantine rules for the purpose of business and profit! Cleanliness is ok at the hotel, not the best. When ordered from the Hotel Restaurant, Food Prices are a RIPOFF and the quality/quantity of the food is not the best (saw poultry laid out on kitchen floor to defrost overnight!!!). It is the management of the Hotel that needs to put the health factor of Quarantine Guest as a priority as per the Philippines government laid out norms and more so that the Philippines Bureau of Quarantine implement a strict control of the Quarantine Guest Protocol and not allow walk in guest for brief room use at this hotel to jeopardize genuine quarantine guest...

We stayed here upon our arrival into Manila from Australia. The reason for the booking was that our flight arrived 11pm and this was quite close to the airport (approx 2- 3 km) and we had flight early morning 2 days later. ||||The hotel has a 24 hour reception, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms whilst not big were clean and adequate size for us.||||The hotel is located roughly opposite 5 star Terminal with attached Courtyard hostel/hostel next door and has a few shops around within walking distance. McDonald's and Jollibee not too far, and Baclaran Church also not that far from it.||||There is a restaurant attached which has room service till midnight. Generally they were great, although odd communication breakdown.||||There is a professional massage service available and after a long flight this was much relief for both of us and staff member (Nita I think her name was) does a great job.||||One of the security guards, Fernando was also pleasant and excellent with great advice and tips.||||The hotel offer transport services at good price which we took to intramuros, Mall of Asia, Airport etc.||||It's not luxurious but we enjoyed our initial stay so much as it was clean, pleasant and at a great price that were randomly decided to go back again and spend our last 2 nights in Manila and indeed Philippines back there again as it was safe, comfortable and easy for our needs. And they gave us the same room again on 3rd floor which...
