Bacolod Chicken Inasal — Restaurant in Taguig

It was my first time eating at any Bacolod Chicken Inasal branch and I had a pleasant visit.

I took my seat, a server approached and handed me the menu, and then I ordered right away. I think my food took about 12 minutes until it was served.

As expected, their chicken inasal is a winner. I also liked that I partnered it with sago’t gulaman. However, their eggplant ensalada tasted off.

I paid via card and the transaction was smooth.

They also sell products. I was about to buy the sinamak (spicy vinegar dip), but found out that it will expire a week...

Bacolod Inasal delivers decent inasal, comparable to Mang Inasal in quality and price. However, my experience with their adobo left much to be desired—it simply didn’t match the flavors of homemade versions. Garlic rice was served cold. I had to call the waiter's attention and it was replaced. House water I requested never came. Servers are 'peteks' - no customer service training at all.
