Regarding the parking garage: The neat things are arrows and little green lights that direct you to any open parking spots. Very helpful!

The only faults with the garage are:

No signs directing you to the mall entrance once you find a parking spot, and few directions to find the exit ramp when leaving your spot.

Also, take your ticket from the garage entrance gate with you into the mall. Make note of the floor and spot number to help find your vehicle later!

You must scan your ticket before you return to your car!!!

The scanners are next to all entrances back to the garage, and the first 3 hours are free. Once scanned your card will be accepted by the exit gate without charge.

If you stay longer than 3 hours, I don't know how you pay...maybe you pay at the aforementioned device where you scan at the time of your departure. If you are not prepared, you may be stuck at the gate with increasingly irritated people behind you...it would not be a pleasurable experience. Memorable, perhaps, but not...

The customer service at the mall was excellent. I had a few questions about a product and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very friendly and made me feel welcome.

The parking at the mall is free for the first 3 hours, which is very convenient. The mall is also close to the old town, so it's easy to combine shopping with a visit to the historical sights.

Overall, I had a great experience at the Galeria Rzeszow I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to shop, eat, and be...
