Good shop for CBD, but their vapes are junk and their customer service is terrible! I bought two disposable vapes here for like $50 each. Both vapes had faulty batteries and were unable to charge, meaning I could only use around 1/3 of each vape. I took the products back to the store and where the clerk confirmed that the vapes were in fact broken and unable to charge. They promised me an exchange upon evaluation after a week. Two weeks later, I finally receive a call saying that I can pick up the vapes. However, apparently the HQ in Lisbon erroneously determined that they still worked and refused to offer any refund or exchange, even though we tested them again in Porto and they still do not work. I kinda feel gaslighted and scammed for $100. Don’t bother with this place, go to HempyRoots instead if you want a fully functional cannabinoid...

I really liked this store because they sell you legal cbd weed and if really was a good alternative for me to drop out the THC one. I can buy it legally and at anytime of the day and also use a credit card. They have many things made of cannabis so it’s not about just smoking but all benefits that cannabis substances are good for. The staff is very polite and informative, it was very good experience and now I also sleep well. I strongly recommend...

Era cliente desta loja e de sta Catarina desde inicio. Esta reclamação não é dirigida aos funcionários que sempre foram muito prestáveis. A semana passada fui comprar um enrolador que não me serviu e fui lá devolver hoje e como comprovado, novo e sem qualquer defeito. Segundo a gerente têm uma "lei" interna da loja, não efetuam devoluções e trocas. Até aceito se estivesse englobado num rol de produtos de higiene, intimos, entre outros excluidos logicamente. Contudo, ao abrigo do periodo de reflexão previsto na lei portuguesa, poderia devolver o item sem qualquer motivo. Mesmo assim, e por ser cliente, ofereci-me para adquirir outros items de igual ou superior valor mas lamentavelmente não foi a opinião da gerente em cativar e manter um cliente fiel. Pedi o livro de reclamações que me deram sem preencher o cabeçalho como assim é obrigatório, deram a folha amarela para preencher em vez da vermelha, enfim.... espelha perfeitamente a gerência e formação desta loja que...
