Do NOT waste your money on HomeBox furniture. Bought furniture for our home earlier this year based on good sales prices and a close friends' recommendation but immediately regretted it.
We initially informed the salesperson that our apartment was on a higher floor, with smaller sized elevators, but he assured us that it would not be a problem. Yet for delivery, the manager got upset regarding the higher floor and small sized lifts and told us NOT to buy from Home Box again.
We assumed that the rude behavior was a one-off and decided to get some more matching furniture based on the sets that we had already purchased. This time there were missing parts in a 3 piece set which took them weeks to bring to us. Also, the recliner which we bought the first time round was not opening up. To fix this, we got a lot of attitude from the service team. I don't understand - when you pay full price and expect quality items, are you not allowed to bring it to the shops' attention when there is an issue?
We started having issues with the furniture soon after. When we tried to contact HomeBox, no one was answering their phone lines. It took us days to finally get through to an agent. When the service team finally showed up, they told us that the furniture we showed them was all "mishandled". We approached the after sales team once again to reconsider the damaged products which were under 2-year warranty, they told us that furniture damaged by accident, or mishandling during usage is not covered by warranty - imagine the top of your coffee table is not sticking to the frame - how is this mishandling?
After-sales service is extremely poor. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Read morevery bad service, I bought a bed for my kid and the drawers were broken, they keep falling and its not safe, I informed them and the technical team came and he tryied to fix, but couldn't , and when I told hem the problem is still he said that its a manufacture defect, and he said he will inform the management. 2 days later I called them and the customer service said that the technical team report said that the problem was fixed ,and it happened because the drawers were mishandled by the customer!!!! imagen that!!! totally waste of time and money when I called customer service again they told me that the can't refund or return,
Update on my review I send homebox an email, as the asked in their reply, and I mentioned the case and provided all details and photos, but nothing was done. after 6 days they send me an email the your bed was fixed!! even they didn't send any one to check again after the first team didn't fix it!! how it was fixed? in their imagination?? I have no idea!! imagine that?? they even didn't bother to give a call ?? My advice to everyone: stay away from this store, bad quality and unsafe furniture , zero customer service, disrespectful staff total waste of time and money...
second Update about the bed Another drawer has broken, even I didnt put any thin in. What do you think? How low and cheap the materials the bed is made of????
Third Update I contacted them many times and they ignored my calls. Yesterday the drawer seperated. I will throw the bed in garbage, where all there goods belong. Warning to you all.. there goods...

Sold items that have no stocks on their website and after a month of following up on my refund, I've been told that there is an IT issue and I will be informed once they fixed the problem. Took my money easily and finds it hard to return. For more than a month, their IT issue has never been solved.
Waited delivery for my online order only to be told that it was cancelled (no notification received) because the item I ordered is out of stock and that the refund for my payment will take 2 weeks.
I checked the website and they are still selling the out of stock item I ordered.
Edit: I have contacted you thru email, Messenger and calls but until now, I haven't got my refund and was just told that your Finance team will be notified about my query. Also why would you give a contact number that doesn't work? 38479009 doesn't have WhatsApp and gives a busy tone whenever I call.
Update: I just called customer service (again) and when I was told that my concern will be sent to Finance, I told the guy that I get the same answer for the few days that I've been reaching out to Homebox. Only then he 'checked the system' and said that my order hasn't been cancelled and blamed app problem. I explained that the order is cancelled in the app. Since he obviously doesn't know what to do, he tried to dismiss me by saying he will raise the issue to the concerned. What a...
