Located inside Mall of Qatar, Karak Stop is a good choice if you are fan of Karak tea along with some quick bites, snacks and fast food.
Food Quality & Presentation: Karak Stop is famous for its authentic Karak tea, especially the one with cardamom and ginger one. Beyond tea and coffee, their menu offers a variety of snacks and light meals, including sandwiches, parathas, samosas, fast food, crepes and sweets. The only downside is the lack of healthy and sugar-free options. Ambiance and Setting: They have an inviting interior with comfortable seating arrangements. An ideal spot to relax and take a break during your shopping. However, during weekends it’s quite hard to find a place there and MOQ food court seemed as a better option.
Service and Pricing: Service is all right and staff is friendly. Pricing is affordable, while prices may vary, the value provided in terms of taste and quality justifies the cost. Special combo offers are also available which are more budget friendly.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: They maintain good standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Overall, it is my go to place in MOQ for Karak and Parathas. A spot worth stopping by if you...

I would like to file a complaint against Karak stop due to the extremely poor experience I had there. The service was completely unsatisfactory, with the staff demonstrating a lack of professionalism and clear disrespect toward customers. Furthermore, the quality of the food was subpar, lacking flavor and failing to meet the standard expected from any reputable restaurant.
Additionally, the situation was exacerbated by the manager, who exhibited poor leadership skills and an inability to manage situations or address issues properly. The restaurant also imposed unwanted items on customers without prior notice or consent, which is an unacceptable practice and a violation of customer rights.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that necessary measures will be implemented to prevent such unprofessional behavior from recurring, ensuring better service quality and respect for customers in the...
Read moreTried their karak tea a few times before and it was amazing so today went there for a weekend brunch with family but was highly disappointed. I ordered keema chapati, smoked burger and punjabi samosas. There was only one family besides us and we were informed food might take a little long because there is limited staff. After waiting patiently for over an hour we were served completely bland keema which was perhaps boiled without any trace of onion, ginger, garlic or seasoning (they said it was a new recipe they were trying out with this first order). When i asked for green chilli or any chatni or achar that i can eat it with they didn't have any so I had to just leave it and have chapati with french fries. Burger was ok but not even ketchup served with fries and samosas seemed as if they were reheated. Learnt my lesson... It's called karak stop so that's all one should...
