KidzMondo Doha at Mall of Qatar is truly a gem and deserves every one of its five stars! We recently visited, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience for children and for adults too!

From the moment you step in, you're transported to a miniature city where kids are in charge. The concept of "edutainment" here is brilliant. Kids get to try out so many different professions – from firefighters and police officers to doctors, pilots, and even a radio DJ! They loved dressing up in the uniforms, learning about each role, and earning Kidlars (their own currency) for their "work." It's an incredible way to teach them about responsibility, teamwork, and the value of earning money, all while they're having an absolute blast.

Key Highlights & Tips for Your Trip: Variety of Activities: There are over 80 different role-playing activities! This means there's something for every interest and plenty to keep them engaged for hours. Even our 6-year-old, who sometimes loses interest quickly, was captivated from start to finish. The Kidlar Economy: This is such a unique and educational aspect. Kids earn Kidlars by participating in jobs and can then spend them on various activities or even save them. Engaging Staff ("Edutainers"): The staff, who they call "Edutainers," are wonderful. They are patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely seem to enjoy guiding the children through each activity. Indoor & Air-Conditioned: Being an indoor theme park in Doha is a huge plus, especially during the warmer months. It's a comfortable and climate-controlled environment, perfect for escaping the heat. Age Range: While the official age range is 2-14, we found it most engaging for children from around 4-5 up to early teens. Toddlers have a dedicated area, but the older kids really get into the role-playing. Location: It's conveniently located in the Mall of Qatar, which means plenty of parking, easy access to food courts, and other amenities if you need a break. Plan Your Time: With so many activities, you could easily spend 4-6 hours here. We recommend arriving early, especially on weekends or public holidays, to beat the crowds and maximize your play time. Food Options: While KidzMondo doesn't have its own extensive dining, being in Mall of Qatar means you have a massive variety of food options just steps away. You can easily pop out for a meal and then re-enter. Accessibility: We noticed good accessibility throughout the venue, and it's even certified as an Autism Center, which is a fantastic initiative.
