Food: the food is tasty, but expect very humble portions for the price you're paying. If you're a red meat lover, you will love what they serve at this place. However, the menu is so vague and doesn't offer many options. The waiter could not even explain any of the items on it, all he could say about every item was repeat the name and say it's "turkish". +The cocktails were disgusting and might as well not even be on the menu (50qar per serving no less!).

Service: the staff is friendly and that's awesome. But not helpful at all. When you finally spot a server, you have to yell what you want at them, and we had to ask again and again before we got served. The cleanliness is also a problem. They have a cutlery shortage, you don't get enough tissues, the tables are dirty, and no appetizers are offered while you wait for your food--which takes a long time to prepare. Most of the staff speaks very little english but is not that big of a deal.. Until you ask a question about anything on the menu 😅

Pricing: waaay too overpriced for the food quantity, the venue, the service... it's beyond overpriced. Basically exploitative. You would expect a lot more if you're paying ~1200qar to eat a good meal for two.

Venue: it's really not a fancy place even if your bill will disagree. There is no view and the setting is not impressive for a "high-end" restaurant. The tables are dusty, the lighting is not good, and the view is just cars...

Good ambience and good food. Absolutely disgraceful service. Paid a total amount of about QR. 2100/- for food for 5 persons. First of all, menu is confusing and so is the ordering process. Second of all, most of the employees can't speak English properly. They don't hear half the things you tell them. You have to order 1 item multiple times for them to actually get it. They're very inefficient with their service. Food came quick, but there was only one staff to serve and clean(Who was very poor with english). Very disappointing for such a high class restaurant. We ordered various kind of steak. The steak came with dry buns. We ordered a portion of sauteed mushrooms halfway through because all of the items were too meaty. They ended up serving the mushrooms after we finished the steak AND AFTER THEY FINISHED CLEANING. So basically, they've already collected all the plates and cutlery by the time they served the mushrooms. And they didn't even bother to serve new cutlery to have the mushrooms.
