I ordered 2 complete sets from their luxury Serafina range. After the first wash, the seams of the sheets and pillowcases completely tore apart. These bed sets are made in India, and the manufacturing quality is extremely poor and unacceptable given their selling price. Since then, I have been trying to get a refund for my purchase, but customer service is unreachable and does not respond to phone calls or emails. I strongly advise against purchasing the Serafina range, and be aware that if you encounter any problems with Marina Home, customer service remains unreachable. Terrible...
