Azkadenya — Restaurant in Al Rayyan

To be frank and fair to them I had a past experience which is rated 5* however today I invited my guests for a dinner here and it was my worst experience, why? Our host initially was not honest with me as he mentioned to me that their menu is not in service due to World Cup event and they have a set menu that I have to stick to it costs me 410 QAR which originally from their previous menu would cost me less, also if I need something extra then I have to order another set menu with other 410 QAR!!! Then I discovered while waiting for my food for me and my guests that others in the restaurant are served with other items not in the set menu, when I asked him why you didn't inform me (our host) he mentioned those are extra items after you order the main set menu!!! When I told him this is not nice to treat your customers in such way he replied with a smirk smile and in whisper sound as if he is talking to himself (you Egyptians) as you can figure my nationality from my dialogue with him.

This is an additional shame how you teach your staff to deal with your customers.

Really it is a shame to be treated that way in a restaurant really I liked their food and chose to bring my guests for dinner within!!!

I arrived around 9:30 to 10 pm, and initially, I was informed that sitting inside wasn't allowed due to cleaning. When I called to place my order, I felt rushed and wasn't able to finish.
