Waiting for an elevator can take up to 15 minutes, which substantially increases the time spent in transit. Annually, this translates to numerous wasted hours that could have been used much more productively. It's also worth noting that living in such a dominant skyscraper might come with a sense of losing personal space, where residents might feel they are sharing their energy with a massive amount of people. In conclusion, it's imperative to say that despite the external glamour and luxury, the convenience and comfort of residents and tenants must be considered. I hope that my sensations resonate with many who have encountered similar problems in the "City of Capitals".

Пользоваться башней невозможно.

Лифты не организованы. Выдачу карты ждать в очереди полчаса утром. Потом идти в технические помещения на 3й этаж и там ждать единственного лифта с 3го этажа еще полчаса. Собственник не может пропустить тебя через первый охрана не пускает.

Такси не пускают к башне пробки из такси 300м машина едет от шлагбаума 10 минут.

На ресепшн грубо общаются.

Наймите администратора здания который не будет занулять...

Башня в целом понравилась.Минусы для нас: в коридорах очень жарко + 26 градусов, попытались уменьшить не получилось потому что настройки были фиксированы.Холл для ожиданий всегда перекрыт, написано что для постоянно проживающих , люди стоят или сидят на ступенькам слева, сама лично видела.Некоторые из охраны позваляют себе лишнее.Очень понравилось что квартиры с открывающимися форточками ,с отличным видом на. Москву...
