As usual again I got a bit late to write my reviews here. ||I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for the consistently exceptional experiences I have had during my stays at your hotel over the past six years. Each visit has been nothing short of delightful, and I wanted to extend my heartfelt appreciation.||||To begin with I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Marina ( Deputy General Manager ) for always being so supportive !|||| From the moment I step into the grand lobby, I am greeted with a warm smile from Marika (Front Office Manager) and a genuine willingness to assist. The staffs at Novotel Moscow City truly go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Whether it is the friendly concierge who assists with my luggage or the attentive housekeeping staff who meticulously tend to every detail, the level of service is unparalleled.||||The rooms have always been impeccably cleaned, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail is evident in the thoughtful amenities provided, ensuring that every need is met. I especially appreciate the breathtaking views of Moscow City that I have enjoyed from my room window.||||This time the dining experience at Novotel Moscow City has also been a culinary delight. The diverse menu offers a range of delectable options, prepared with finesse and presented beautifully. The attentive waitstaff adds a personal touch, making each meal a memorable experience which I believe would not have been possible without the efforts and guidance of the F&B Manager Darina.||||It would be out of context here to tell here that most of the times I was away during the day because of my professional commitments and when i used to be back in the hotel in the evening or at night, there were many concerns from throughout the day I would want to be addressed. It was the diligence and humbleness of Night Manager Maria, that she left no stone unturned in attending to my demands even though I understand that there were long queues at the reception or even staff shortage but the zeal to attend to the matter from her was never lost. I guess some jewels like this within the organisation should always be retained and cherished to set the perfect example of being hospitable !||||Overall, my experience at Novotel Moscow City has once again exceeded my expectations. The professionalism and warmth of the staff, coupled with the hotel's exceptional amenities, have made it my preferred choice for accommodation in Moscow. I look forward to many more delightful stays at this outstanding establishment in the years to come.||||In conclusion, Novotel Moscow City has consistently exceeded my expectations over the years, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am an avid traveller and my work makes me go on the move.||||It's been over Six years now that I have been travelling to Moscow for business and more than the city had to offer, I have received from Novotel Moscow City!||||I just don't know where to begin but every three / four months when I am there, I just don't feel I am at a new place . And not that I don't have an option of choosing a different property, but the warmth of walking in the doors of Novotel Moscow City has its own charm.||||The place and its people have a vibe, this magical spell because of their diligence towards their clients which scales up their hospitality which is when one truly feels at home in their presence.||||They surely know how to work towards the fulfilment of all criterias that leads to a customer’s ultimate satisfaction of staying in a Hotel that is just not in the heart of the city but also in peoples heart too ! I believe they understand this concept well that a great service doesn't cost anything but a poor service can cost everything. !|||| ||||I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Marina ( Deputy GM ) and her team Darina, Anastasia, Kate, Irina & Dmitry (from RS ) for the incredible, wonderful and innovative welcome in the room, We were absolutely spellbound! I am doing my reviews a bit late; there is something surreal about this hotel.||The property is the proof that perfect hotelier services exist!!! I’m so happy that I have done the best decision by always choosing Novotel Moscow City to be my home away from home while in Moscow. I come to Moscow several times per year never felt even for a day to try out some other property.||||From the moment I step in I felt spoiled at the highest level that world traveler guest can be, receptionists are extremely professional and welcoming, but they make sure we get best spots as well, the spread of breakfast offered was excellent. I always stay in a specific suite room which is absolutely brilliant, spacious, nice view updated to all the required needs of the guest, room service was very good with perfect meals choices and not last, SPA was very nice !!!!||As always I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Marina ( Deputy GM ) and also heartfelt thanks to Darina F&B Manager, Anastasia ( Duty manager ) , Maria ( Night Manager ) and to everyone for making our stay a fabulous one as always.||||Can’t wait to comeback!!!!!!.
