These guys have an awesome selection of home appliances, unfortunately, the only appliance they didn't carry was a portable AC unit. The service guy outside was able to answer surface level questions but he did not understand what BTU stood for and what it measured. The gentleman inside the winery area (seems to either be the owner or GM) knew a little more and understood what BTU measured.

I was also looking for a dryer but they did not have this item either. I didn't buy from them but their store layout was nice and easy...

Bought a cabinet from here, the girl on the floor was very happy and helpful but the lady at the counter (Robyn) or the owner was so fricken rude, I was only in Samoa for a week so I had no idea where to go but if I knew there’s no way I’ll spend my money in a shop owned by a rude person, if that’s what she’s like to a customer I can only imagine what she’ll be like towards...

WARNING TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS: First fridge we bought stopped working within a week. Secondly they denied our warranty 3 times before finally taking the fridge to fix it. Fridge comes back with a broke power outlet. (How can we use the fridge if we can’t plug it in???) Next we realise the fridge was used.
