Sea Plaza — Local services in Dakar

This is an upscale mall, and as such, it has very little to interest someone like me. My wife and I really only went there for 2 reasons: to get out of the (seriously oppressive) heat and to get something to eat before moving on to the next place on our agenda. The place claims to have a food court, but what we saw there is nothing like any kind of food court I'm familiar with. There was an eating area of 100 m² tops that only seemed to be served by one place: a gelato shop that also served lunchtime snacks. I had a ham & Swiss cheese crepe, which was pretty good. My wife, however, tried ordering something listed on the menu as a croissant sandwich but ended up as fried eggs and a baguette (which was listed on the bill as an "omelet"). The worst thing about the mall is the signs that are supposed to direct visitors to the food court and restrooms! They in no way reflect the lay of the place and accomplish nothing but getting...
