Where should i start ? My shawarma came fast but completely wrong as i ordered meat sharwarma and received chicken although i made my self very clear and repeated. It tasted like fish so still figuring that out. I asked for ketchup but was told it was over just to see people receiving ketchup seconds later. If the option is not available at least ask before swithing. Fries were good but at that point it cannot salvage the experience. A clear drop of prioritizing client experience and satisfaction since the opening.
