KFC 1st Lady Corniche — Restaurant in Dakar

It's the first KFC to ever open in Senegal, they called it "KFC First Lady" because their philosophy is to run that KFC with a majority of women... And it will be the first thing you notice. Apart from that, it has the same standard as in other countries in terms of configuration, design and organisation. You place your order, carry your food to the restaurant and enjoy it, or you order from the Drive-in and get your food right in your car in the next 5mns (I have always prefered that option). Regarding the quality of the chickens 😁 delicious, if you are into spicy food, I highly recommend the spicy versions all the way round. Only downside, it's expensive, everything is expensive in the Senegalese KFC. Never order the Chicken Pops, worst...

Bad experience and service. I went for first time and ordered some spicy chicken. It wasn’t spicy and pieces were so small and mostly made of batter. I asked the girl giving me takeaway food extra ketchup she ignored me and left. I asked again and she said she already put one in the bag I asked ok but give me one more, she said no I can’t and rolled her eyes and was looking agitated staring me down, giving me attitude. I said just one more and she picked one ketchup sachet and threw it across table in my direction. It was unbelievably rude experience. Will not be going again. Also most items I wanted on menu...

Amazing to have KFC here in Senegal. The store has come a long way since the opening. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere, just like a KFC in Europe. The menus however is still lacking much diversity beyond fried chicken and a sandwich. No popcorn chicken or any sides such as mac and cheese or rice. The lines also can be very long. Be prepared to wait and have to talk through your order to be sure you get it all. It is not perfect but the food has great flavor and it is a treat for sure to get some...
