It's the first KFC to ever open in Senegal, they called it "KFC First Lady" because their philosophy is to run that KFC with a majority of women... And it will be the first thing you notice. Apart from that, it has the same standard as in other countries in terms of configuration, design and organisation. You place your order, carry your food to the restaurant and enjoy it, or you order from the Drive-in and get your food right in your car in the next 5mns (I have always prefered that option). I asked the girl giving me takeaway food extra ketchup she ignored me and left. I asked again and she said she already put one in the bag I asked ok but give me one more, she said no I can’t and rolled her eyes and was looking agitated staring me down, giving me attitude. The menus however is still lacking much diversity beyond fried chicken and a sandwich. No popcorn chicken or any sides such as mac and cheese or rice. The lines also can be very long.
