Side Pizza Kebab — Restaurant in Bratislava

Good place, clean and atmospheric. First of all, thanks to the staff for finding and storing my card, which I lost during my visit to this place, fortunately, thanks to you, I got it back the next day. As for the food, I think the pizza is worth ordering, tasty with a visible amount of ingredients so I will definitely order again next time I go to Bratislava, however the kebab on the plate that I got was too salty and otherwise it would be a very nice thing to eat. The worst kebab experience in my life. I entered the building and met an unfriendly men who was looking at me like I owe him something, and when I asked for a kebab, he started making it WITH HIS BARE HANDS, he touched his phone with couple of seconds ago - no gloves, or other protection. When I asked him about gloves, he rudely responded to me that “if I don’t want kebab, I can go”, which I have done. Incredibly low level of hygiene and a very high level of disrespect...

Bohužiaľ som nútený k niekoľko negatívnym skúsenostiam. Od roku 2015 som pravidelne chodieval v Bratislave sem na kebab. Avšak po posledných skúsenostiach tam ja a svoje najbližšie okolie už nevkročíme. Môže za to obsluha!

Prvý incident sa odohral pri sobotňajšom nákupe na Miletičovej s plánovaným obedom. Rodičia išli so psom napred. Obsluha sedela rozkročená na terase a odpálila nás s tým, že ,,so psom zabudnite, určite nie,,. V reštaurácii nebol ani jeden návštevník a na terase nesedel žiaden hosť. Pokojne nám mohol slušne navrhnúť (keď už sú psi neželanými hosťami) aby sme si s ním sadli na terasu. Podotýkam pes bol na vôdzke a má niekoľko výcvikov!

Nakoľko som po prvom arogantnom výstupe nechcel navštíviť spomínané priestory, dal som im šancu. Vždy som jedával kebab v žemli alebo kebab box na tanier. V jednoduchosti porcia boxu na tanier aby som to nejedol z plastu, keď som to chcel zjesť priamo na mieste. ,,To Vám neurobím, ja Vás chápem ale nie, dám Vám tanier a box a si to presypte, jednoducho nechcem neurobím, dám tanier normálny,,. Žiaľ k tomu nemôžem pridať intonáciu a spôsob komunikácie. Tak som odišiel..

2* má len za dlhoročný dobrý kebab, kam sme radi chodievali. Žiaľ sme si museli nájsť nový a sme nesmierne sklamaní! Vždy tu boli milí, zhovievaví a pracovití pracovníci. No posledných neviem kde nabrali. Odporúčam majiteľovi aby s danou situáciou niečo robil, nie sme jediní..
