Knead Cafè at Sanlam Head Office - Advertised as Halaal. Upon arrival at around 8.30am, we we requested the Halaal menu. When we were ready to place our order, we were told that the lady who makes the Halaal food has not arrived yet and that she would only be in around 9.30am as she is making halaal food somewhere else in the Sanlam building. This was my first Knead experience. Waited 30 minutes for a toasted sandwich and chips, however somehow the cook did not make the chips so I waited am extra 15 minutes, after which the chips still were not ready. I had to leave otherwise I'd be late for work, so I told them to give me the sandwich and forget the chips cause I can't wait. Get to my desk, check the sandwich. Giving this place 1 star is alot. I stood in a line for more than 20 minutes waiting for a smoothie while endless amounts of people were served their coffees and lunch orders. bear in mind most people only get 30 minutes lunch.
