Terrible terrible service. Place a order via the phone.lady confirms order will be ready in 30 min. Get there after 35 minutes. Staff is running around like headless chickens. Mixing up other orders,line is standing out of door. Politely ask whith who can i chat to about my phone order. All headless staff look at me and blatantly ignore just a simple question. Carry on waiting another 5 minutes,another gentleman asks with who do i speak about phone in orders. Finally a lady wakes up. Long story short they did not even capture my order. The owner should deploy a line structure and hire more staff. And please train your staff as to when you are busy do not tell the client 30 minutes .I would have gladly uplifted the order later if...

This is my second time buying from Pizza Perfect at Rembrandt Mall and I’m really disappointed. The first time I thought maybe it was just an off day, but this time there was no customer service at all. I stood waiting for over 3 minutes while the lady at the oven looked at me and ignored me.

When I got my food, the lady who served me was friendly, but again I had to open the foldovers to see which was which — no labels, nothing. Pizza toppings were quite tasty, though the base could have been crispier. Had to roll each slice like a pancake to eat it. Unfortunately, somewhere between leaving the oven and making it to our door with Mr Delivery, all the toppings of both pizzas slid to the side of the boxes.
