KFC Paarl Rembrandt — Restaurant in Drakenstein Local Municipality

What an experience... We arrive at 9:45 and place our orders. We are two couples who ordered on separate kiosks. Orders placed by 9:53.

We were told that they're making fresh eggs and it will take 5-7 minutes. Long story short, our friends receive their food (they ordered more than us) and we continue to wait for our food for another 10min. Friends were almost done eating, we go check on our order because everyone else around us has received their orders. We eventually received our food after 30min wait. Two bites into my food, I realised I never received a hash brown on my deluxe burger. I go back to the front desk and there is just no one that is coming out to help, I call, I knock on the door, no response. Eventually a guy comes out and I ask if I can please have some "service" he then hands me "serviettes" thinking that is what I said... I repeat myself... He laughed and wipes his face with the serviettes and apologises, he then places the used serviettes back into the serviette holder.

Anyway, eventually get to talk to the manager and told her what had happened and I want my money back for my food. I commend her for being helpful and kind enough to replace my meal and give my money back. The burger was fresh and delicious (buns were crumbly and old)

Unfortunately it was not a...

I ordered and already payed for 24 piece zinger wings. They told me waiting period is 10 minutes. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, they came and told me "sorry sir I dont know what the team has done but can only offer you 23 piece zinger wings as that is all they have left. I asked for my money back and reveived it. Wont recommend this kfc for anyone. As they lack proffesionalism and has horrible service.

Big shout out to the KFC at Paarl Mall for the quick and excellent service. Rembrandt KFC should...
