Bad experience about service. My daughter was with me, ordered 2 meals, and ordered 2 cokes. Cashier gave me fanta, and I was not in the mood to argue about this. Called my order nr and received only one meal that I paid for. Lady called cashier, both of them looking at me with no apology and not even saying we will rung up another one immediately. I told them to take the food (the one order meal i received instead of 2) and share it with the staff. I was so irritated and left with my daughter to the other hungry lion, same happened again with my food order, but it was rectified immediately. Ordered a big boss and a big bite 3 at Hungry Lion Lady Grey street. Our usual cheat meal lol. Chicken always fresh, big portions at a reasonable price. Taste better that most of the competition and staff are always friendly, especially Nikki who is always friendly and helpful. Utterly disgusted. I was in there this morning and none of the front cashier staff were wearing their masks properly, there was a staff member working with the food directly with no mask on, no gloves and an attitude about it too.
