If I could give no stars I would. WITHOUT A DOUBT the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE my husband and I have come across. After poor responses/no responses over WhatsApp we still made the mistake of taking our stove in to be serviced. We were promised it would be looked at in a weeks time- which we understood. But after more than 4 weeks of my husband phoning to get feedback and find out what was going on we collected our stove- in worse shape than we brought it- with grease or something smeared on it- dirty. Little pictures for the plate illustrations wiped off and the front by the buttons bent. During the 4 weeks we called we messaged we asked for quotes we kept getting different stories as to what needed to be done- waiting for supplier, waiting to look at it, all lies and useless excuses. This was from “the top” down to reception. The last straw was when my husband phoned management and they just said they’d get someone to call. The technician called- my husband said PLEASE only called with a QUOTE and a TIMELINE. 5 minutes later reception phoned and asked if they could go ahead and order the rubber seal…..with no price give and no time frame given STILLLLLL…. My husband said he’ll be fetching the stove- and she hung up in his ear… It’s disgusting, it’s unbelievable. We will have nothing to do with this business...

Well, all can say is that I mostly have my gas bottle filled there and their service has always been Superb. At times they are Vēry busy, like yesterday afternoon, the lady at till was working at full pressure and she could still give me a smile. The men doing the fetching and filling, I can also only praise; they were super efficient !! What a Pleasure to wait, their display is 'eye catching' !! The proverb comes to mind that says, "Never ask an idle man for help; he is too busy . . Ask a busy man and he will make time to...

Took my 15kg gas bottle to be refilled and they weighed it on entry and once then again once filled so that they only charge you for the added weight of gas! To fill up at the petrol stations, they all wanted to charge a standard amount regardless of how much gas was needed.

Plus they have a lovely range of gas braais, accessories and were very helpful! Loved...
