Maybe it was a bad day but we got there and were ignored for a couple of minutes after we asked for a minute to decide on our drinks, after that we waited about 10 minutes to get our drinks and nobody took our food order after that, we were further ignored for another 45 minutes or so, i’m not sure if it was because we had a youthful appearance, but even if we were children they should’ve helped us immediately! After waiting i finally couldn’t take it and called someone over after he helped another table get their food even though they came way after we did! at the end the food wasn’t worth our wait, the chicken burger isn’t what you expect, it isn’t just fried chicken it has some funny batter that doesn’t taste very good. when we paid the waiter could see we needed takeaway boxes and just left us after we paid our bill, we waited about 10 minutes and then i got up and went to grab takeaway boxes for us at the side of the staff section of the room. I wanted to try out this place but I was not impressed by the service. No one attended to me so I set there for about 20 minutes withought being attended to. Finally I decided to walk out after waiting for almost 30 minutes. That was on my first visit to PE this year. I am back this week the week of 12 to 16 of August 2024. On the 12th we ordered a take away. The restaurant took an hour to get the food ready before the Uber driver can collect it. Same thing today on the 14th only today the food took one hour and half to be ready. As the result the first Uber driver who tried to collect our order cancelled because he waited to long at the restaurant. The food is great although, you need to do improve your service. It does not help to have a beautiful restaurant and delicious food but bad service. Hope the managers sees my post and is able to do...

Do NOT go if you have allergies. Beginning of the night I told the waitor to please keep any avo away from my food since I am allergic, but that definitely didn't make it to the kitchen as that night I was having a reaction at home.

The bartender/mixologist does not measure their ingredients in the slightest as myself and a colleague ordered an old fashioned, nothing amazing, I had a second round and it was completely different to what I had at first. Overly sweat and a much deeper color than the previous drink.

Please do yourself a favor and go to the Walmer branch instead as I've had no problems at all with it. 5 stars to the...
