Bubble Boba bubble tea & bakery Centurion — Local services in Gauteng

After seeing the reviews on the place and being a Boba tea lover I was super excited to try out this place.

I called in at 8.30pm to find out what time they will be closing and I was advised that they close at 9pm. There was no indication made on the call that the kitchen had been closed. I drove out in anticipation in trying the goodies at this store.

Upon my arrival the lady that serves in the front Morpeng had a very unwelcoming attitude. She advised us that the kitchen had been closed and that they have thrown out all the stuff by 8.30pm already and she was unable to even make us a drink. Her attitude towards us was utterly disappointing and unfriendly. Why did she not advise on the call that the kitchen is closed and why does the time on advertising not say 8.30pm instead of 9pm as this is very misleading. I usually frequent this establishment every weekend and i must say that today i am abit disappointed, i ordered two strawberry mochi and two chocolate mochi. As soon as i collected my mochi which was just prepared fresh i took my mochi parcel straight home, i live 1km down the road and placed it in the fridge to cool due to the heat ....3 and a half hours later, the cream was not soft and fluffy as per usual but a abit running and the mochi had a bitter after taste. I really hope that this is once off but i feel the more popular the place is becoming the standards are slowly beginning to drop. Not to mention the price has increased which in a very short space of time comes across as greedy. Being a first time customer I was very excited to try out their bobas with my family as we're big fans of it. After checking the time on Google, it says they close at 21:00. So I drove out and upon arrival at 20:30, the lady at the front, being very rude, said that they closed because they don't have transport. I can understand that transport may be a problem but then don't advertise times that you cannot adhere to. Also, sort out your staff cos bad attitude is something that will push customers away and I'm not the first to complain about them.
