Soda machine no flavor in the drinks as of the syrup is running empty

Customers seating nice and tidy Stuff on lunch loud and pushing in front of clients by soda machine to refill their cups multiple times. 1 gental man had 2 cups refilled about 4 to 6 times. I was sitting on the other side way from staff. I could hear them louder than the clients in front of me

Food chips nice and fresh with whooper Jnr and with xtea long chili cheese

Extra Nacho cheese loaded fries also happy with freshness.

Let's start with the whooper Jnr Nicely wrapped can see what I'm getting was fresh unwrapped and there we go lettuce brownish yellow color Tomato is nice and fresh, and onions are also nicely cut and fresh over all tasty 6 out of 10

All of a sudden, at about 12 05, the staff in the preparation area get louder, then a school bus full of boys doing the first meeting with a bunch of young ladies But yeah, I stopped eating and was watching the show for about 3 minutes.

Over all Customers finish eating there, and there should be some 1 cleaning the tables or at least wiping them down for the next customer's

The large seating area with orangebsteel chairs I have not yet Seen any one sit normally on them as the leg space between table and chair us about 15cm unless you going Tonto put a 2 year old there not a great seating position will come again but atmosphere and staff loudness...

!! STAY AWAY !! I have frequented this Burger King on multiple occasions. In my review 9 months ago I mentioned service related issues, but believing this to be a once off anomaly I have visited several times since, most recently last night.

My collective experience with this specific Burger King leads me to strongly recommend you rather visit another branch or another franchise in the vicinity.

I cannot remember ever receiving anything other than dismal service here, but last night takes the cake. I waited literally more then 45mins to get my order. Other patrons were canceling their orders and demanding their money back. The staff blamed it on some system error with one of their screens, and maybe there was but it certainly didn't seem that way. That also does not explain the poor service I have received on multiple other occasions.

I complained several times and even after complaining they were still filling orders to patrons who ordered after I did. When I complained about that it took them another 15mins to start making my order.

On top of everything the staff where rude and unapologetic. When I finally got my food, I then had to fight to be let out of the store. I'm no expert but I'm sure that locking a whole bunch of customers inside the store is a fire code violation.

I hope that someone from corporate will see this review and steps in because this franchise owner clearly has no idea how to run this type...

Worst Burger King ever. I really will not be going to this BK again. 3 weeks ago we also went there, going through the drive-thru. We waited for nearly an hour in the drive-thru. When we finally came to the collection window, half of our food was not even packed. If we did not check our order, we would not have noticed this until we got home. Plus our food was ice cold and horrible.

Now, last night - 28 February, we went there again! We waited 35 minutes for our order inside. People that came in after us, left before us. I got up and went to the counter to ask the status of my order. Only then they started to pack my order. So if I did not go and ask about my order I would have waited even longer. What was even more upsetting is to see the lack of team work from the kitchen staff. They have horrible attitudes towards each other and the way the are fighting openly infront of customers are quite upsetting. The poor lady working behind the till does everything she possibly can, but they just ignore her and give her attitude. When we got home we also had terrible food. The burgers was soaking with sauce! I ordered a Cheese Burger, not a BBQ sauce burger. It was really horrible. So was my husbands 3 burgers. Not only did this place mess my time, but lacked value for...
