Pizza Perfect Atlasville Mall — Local services in Gauteng

Pizza Perfect Atlasville Mall still remains sub-par overall. The pizzas are average at best, the service is poor, and the staff come across as demotivated.

I ordered telephonically for collection at 18:00 and was told it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was told it would be another 5 minutes. After waiting a further 20 minutes (45 minutes in total), I finally received my order. The lack of honest communication around wait times was frustrating, just be upfront.

I support as many local businesses in my community as I can, and despite having had a bad experience with Pizza Perfect in the past, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has improved.

I paid over R600 for mediocre pizza and poor service. This was the last time, there are far better pizza options in the area.

I would not order from them ever again, the driver does not deliver the correct contents this has happened numerous times, you phone to complain only to get another phone call to sort it out and then you have to phone again once you’ve waited for an hour to then talk to the manager to sort out the issue once again. Sitting outside comfortably waiting for my grub. If the food is as good as the service is (which is exceptional) then I'll be giving Dr. Doolittle a run for his money size wise very soon.
