Pizza Perfect Broadacres — Local services in Gauteng

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the driver decided that he was cancelling my order while he was on his way to us with the pizza and less than 3km away from our house. I even told him I am waiting outside.

Phone the store and they were of no help whatsoever. The manager said she will try to get hold of Uber Eats and promised to phone me back and yet I am still waiting for her call which is pointless as they closed for the night with no care as they are not waiting for their food to be delivered.

After buying from this Pizza Perfect for over 3 years on a regular basis. My last order from them was unfortunately one we never received.

A simple apology...

First time visit. Love the food, "decor" and atmosphere. The cashier thought and "assume" that my partner and I are paying together although I packed my items out and wanted to pay. As I looked at the packer and my attention was divided she started to ring up his items as he started to pack out from the trolley. The packer was annoyed when I wasn't happy about it and said that "we were together and usually people pay together" I kindly said that they must Never "assume" and a supervisor had to come and fix the till issue. We were in great hurry and that was a unwanted happening. Ask them to in future take notice that the items were packed...

After years of using pizza perfect Parkmore (excellent service and excellent pizza) we moved to Broadacres. Every time we order from pizza perfect Broadacres the pizza has been freezing cold(after delivery). Tonight, we decided to give it one more chance… after waiting an hour and a half I eventually decided to drive and collect the pizza. Once again it is cold and the general attitude is that the staff and manager just don’t care. Definitely won’t be going back.
