We moved into the area in Nov 2024... we have been to this place on several occasions, each time hoping for a different out come.
Either they don't have the chicken pieces, or they don't have mini loafs, or they don't have coleslaw etc... but never willing to adjust the "specials". Let alone the fact that the chicken is either under cooked or totally over cooked. The staff have no sense of urgency and its a case of "either you take it or you can leave"... forgetting that we have already waited 30 mins plus for the inconvenience.
Then of course we have the "drive- thru"... which is actually a park, wait and hope you get the correct order after 25 mins.

Poor service - waited far too long and had people ordering well after get there food first (my order was 2 burgers and some wings, other people had larger orders of burgers and wings)
Below average cold food - food was ice cold, burger was dry and the chicken patty was tiny (took up less than half the burger)
Staff just shout relentlessly making the kitchen look chaos
When I finally got my meal, I was told all machine drinks are “hot” so was there a point of taking it. Somehow they magically found ice when I said I paid for a drink so give me a buddy then.
Cherry on top: When I got home there was missing pieces of chicken

Speed of service is very good u don't have to wait up for your order the customer service is very great the staff is very kind towards their customers they do follow the procedures when it comes to customer service the shop very clean and neat to dine in the food has best product the chicken is finger lickn good well cooked chicken well seasoned hot and fresh the wings are the best I like the dunked wings very juicy and well dunked the wraps are amazing burgers are delicious the desert oreo treat is the best as well as this new cherry Boba bliss is very delicious I'm very happy with your service...
