Service is really bad or non existent and definitely not safe for any lady to go to, not table with ladies and family nor kids ..stay away!

We are not talking late night here people, yes not safe even in the Daylight, not early evening like last night on family kareoke night we helped to create and drive.

They bumped a child to the floor , the mother at same table also affected, yes flat to the floor as 8 guests at the table was also bumped into ... yet not addressed not asked to leave?

No it's left to erupt and mother and father and 5 tables with 20 friends left to address the drunk man who walked over a child, same woman and child who was waiting for a chair for over 30min plus who bumped 2 woman at a table , while same drunk man and 3 rude and abusive language friends behind then sat and got drunker.

What a shocker! and new manager Sandra and Eddie never came to help the kid nor ladies nor mother and kicked the father out trying to protect his family way later after all was calm , why not the faulty drunkard friends ?? Really, no help nor apologise nor address the drunk men who did it. ?

The woman and child was waiting for chair at the table 30min...why? Where is Eddie and Sandra?

So don't take ure family or wife as they too may need To go to the hospital to check up for damage, while Sandra called security to remove the father who never touched the man nor hurt them as he should have done rather than stay calm and to then be removed publicly not at fault while Sandra and Craig's friend the signage guy with glasses who can't look where he's walking around the poor seating plans previously addressed with Craig as also lack of security and drunkenness controls to no avail nor any change.

Tables still cleared late and not watched as unmotivated staff is hard to find each time I visit and call over each visit there when Sandra and Eddie is on duty. . . Floors dirty , broken glass and other. Left unattended.

Bad service awaits. Stay away families , ladies and older people as this is NOT THE FIRST TIME ladies or kids got injured there and it won't be the last as no change comes from Craig and no apology and no remorse from Sandra not Eddie nor Craig ...Again, seriously?

They welcome many low class small spenders who can't handle their drink and don't eat there and coppers don't look after the basics or needs of big spending clients so I don t enjoy it anymore.

We all need basics to be to be on point & poor staff or slow non aware managers must be trained better. Sandra monitor floors and cameras ! Supposedly a family restaurant, what a joke ? Can't the apologise and deal with the drunkard causes & tardy staff not the adversely affected family and poor child and mother who will obviously not be happy? The father must be shoved out and not assisted?

Still now no one called to hear if kid is ok and safe?? Shocking!

Security was promised and partitioning inside for crowd control but still just like issue before was not addressed nor supplied yet. Poor slow service by Eddie who disappears allot to smoke pot in told each time and don't watch his tables.

Why is the ladies...

food good, beer good, no adherence to COVID19 regulations and precautions at all. no staff were wearing masks over their noses and mouths including the manager. the ladies packing cutlery into "sanitary" plastic bags weren't wearing masks while chatting over the cutlery they were packing. the guy that came and took our names and Temps was wearing his mask under his chin. No sanitizing when entering the restuarant. For an establishment that was probably hard hit during lockdown and the prohibition of alcohol sales their indifference to the regulations and the wellbeing of their customers is surprising. I won't be back until the pandemic has passed and would advise the same to anyone who has any comorbidities. if they don't care about your health, why should you support...

Copperlake has changed management again, and for the better!

The feel here now is that they want you to enjoy yourself. They have many events running, like quiz nights on Wednesdays and karaoke on Thursdays, as well as events for Halloween, Saint Patrick's, valentines and potjie competitions.

Specials run just about everyday, with half price cocktail specials until six (all day on Sundays) and 2x double brandy and coke.

It has been a complete turnaround

Great for having a time with the family or partying it up with friends.

Definitely worth spending your money at! Trust me I'm atleast here every...
