Pizza Perfect Olivedale — Local services in Gauteng

Hi. Kindly assist me please. I recieved horrible service from the pizza perfect in ferndale randburg. Firstly i called in to order pizza only to be recieved by a rude store manager (Brian Ndlovu)who was very dispodant and not very helpful. He was rude and hung up the first time. I called in again and he never confirmed my address and said it reflected in the system. He then did not place the order to be dilivered to my address and when i called in to find out why it took 1hr:20min to get the pizza he then advised me that they are walking out of the store they are clossed. I cant find the ferndale managers address and the store manager Brian Ndlovu is giving this chain of stores a bad name. The owner of the store needs to know. Had a terrible experience at Pizza Perfect Olivedale today. To start with, the lady at the till had a terrible attitude. She was sulking the whole time while serving customers and I had to pull information out of her. To make matters worse I witnessed the same lady handling pizzas with her bare hands. She was moving slices around in the box and even removing some toppings with her bare hands. That was really disgusting to see. I feel sorry for the unlucky individual who consumed that food. I really hope management can attend to this individual because she completely destroyed my experience there, and I don't think I will return there again...

By far one of the worst Pizza Perfects. These guys have no consistency. Bought a Tiri (3 cheeses) today the 11/10/17 and felt like I was eating thin pieces of cardboard. Thin base does not mean no base and base with holes people.

I have only bought from this place twice b4 today. The second time the Nachos pizza was better than the first time. The first time they burnt the base horribly. All i had was a charcoal bitter taste in my mouth.

Would not recommend them for pizzas. Cant speak for their other products. But if the pizza is like this, I dnt wnt to imagine what the other stuff...
