If Google gave an option to rate them a zero for service I would. The moment we walked in to out seats, not one waiter or waitress came to assist us, NONE! Mind you, they weren't busy at all as there was only 1 patron dining there at the time. After eventually managing to get a waitresses attention after 15 minutes, nothing improved thereafter. Except for taking our drinks order, EVERY SINGLE TIME thereafter that I needed assistance or simply wanted to put through an order, I had to leave my table and walk to the bar to ask the waitress serving me for things. CAN YOU IMAGINE?! The staff showed zero shame in this and it went on like this for the entire time I was there, except for her clearing our plates and cups twice. The chocolate brownie for 70 bucks was horrible and there was an insect in the ice cream. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it probably came in from outside and not the kitchen. They proceeded to remove the scoop of ice cream and replace it with another. I couldn't eat it after that so I ordered a plain chips. If there's one thing you cannot possibly get wrong, it's chips. Our chips were not fried properly and were oily. The plates and cutlery were also dirty. I was exhausted by this time and didn't have the energy to wake up again to complain. Let me tell you though, when it came to paying the bill, they were super efficient in bringing that to our table 🙂. The waiter that brought it ignored us the whole time we were there but when it came to us paying he suddenly found his mouth and wanted to talk nicely. Tsek, as if you're gonna get a tip now for "trying" to be nice. Amici needs to buck up and train their staff properly. I'll never eat here...
