Purchased takeaway Burger King for the family. The next day, we had food poisoning so bad that my pregnant girlfriend had to be hospitalised where the diagnoses was confirmed. It could kill my kid.

Called the outlet responsible to inform them of the situation, specifically with their beef burgers, only to be unable to get through as their landlines don't work. Get through to the encompassing petrol station, who fetch the manager to the phone.

This 'manager' requests that I fetch the receipt, two whole days later, to prove that I bought the food from his establishment (Who keeps a receipt for that long). Then let's me know that he'll get the regional manager to contact me. I'm still waiting a week later. Regional manager must be taking a seriously long toilet break.

Disgusting service, behaviour and management. Don't buy your food at their establishments, as they evidently couldn't care if their food is decaying...

Edit: I have changed my review to a 1 star, based on the copy and paste feedback received, and no offer to provide a replacement meal to make up for the poor quality food received previously.

Burger King, you have failed to wow. Very disappointing.

Service was brilliant, staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared and my order was prepared and served quickly. The food received a single star rating though as my fries appeared to have been cooked previously and reheated or refried again prior to them being served, and were not up to the usual BK dtsndard.

Very disappointed as the quality is very much usually outstanding and this is one of my favourite stores and has always exceed my expectations. Sadly this time they did not deliver the quality I...

I'm DISGUSTED by the service I received. The cashier messed up my order and online coupon code. She only rang my order once and had to change things. She was obviously new. Messed up the code and it expired. In comes this "Caprin" who's supposed to be in charge there (with a moerse attitude) and suggest I must pay more for their error?? Excuse me?

I come to Burger King weekly and now suddenly you want to come change things with my coupon just to cover your own backside. 😠 She refused to give me my order as our office does weekly and refused to give me the area managers contact details... After back an forth she finally gave me a number that rings as the shops number. No man. Disgusting. There are better branches and...
