The yard apartments is a disappointment. I have had two theft cases at the yard that have remained unresolved in the space of 6 months that I have rented here.

The security guards at the yard have no sense on compassion. I had a visitor come to see me after being sick and the guards let him stay outside for 3 hours in the late night and refused to knock at my door. Despite the visitor expressing that I am highly medicated thus I may not hear the call.

The caretaker ( Dean Naidoo) has ignored all my emails and texts. I am not safe in the complex , I am treated as though I do not pay rent and do my due diligence...

The Apartments Are Spacious And Some Of Them Are Really Cute. One Young Lady Had Wood Floors In Her Spot And You Know What If You're Not A Broke Boy Like Me You Should Definitely Find An Apartment With Wood Floors. But Of Course The Curse Of Auckland Park Has Not Passed Over The Yard... ROACHES...

Please pass my SMS to your residence or tenants (school kids). Tell them to respect uber and bolt drivers. Tell them to wait outside and change they attitude. Thank you to the security guys they try to control...
