RocoMamas Campus Square — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am very impressed with this RocoMamas branch. There was a bit of a mix up with my order last night and instead of receiving the Mac & Cheese Bombs that I ordered, I received either the Chilli Cheese or Jalepeno Bombs... I am not sure which one but one bite and I was on fire!

I cannot for the life of me eat spicy food so I was a tad annoyed and phoned the branch to let them know that they had send me the wrong order. The lady I spoke to was great and immediately apologised. She offered to have the Mac & Cheese Bombs delivered and even asked if there was anything else she could do. Amazing customer service from her side.

Anyway the M & C Bombs were delicious and this branch has very friendly and professional staff.

P. S. If you had accidentally sent the Feta Bombs I would have been fine...

The worst customer service EVER first lf all i get assisted with an order long after other customers who came there after me, rheb my order takes extremely long and once again people that ordered after me still manage to get their take aways before me as well, if my money us not good enough as all these customers coming to que after, me and then to top it all off this young girl working the front till today, "obviously now no one knows her name, but description, Indian, grey rocomamas shirt short" needs to be trainined on how yk speak to people who is already, annoyed and frustrated with their service and not just bloody tell me, listen I'll call you when it's ready. Recently we went to meet up with one of our friends for a buisness lunch. At 12 o'clock the coffee mashine was not even prepped. The food ended up coming to us even before they attempted to make our coffees. Because of the open style kitchen we noticed that they forgot our chips and left half our food in the serving window(1 out of the 3 people recived their food and the other food only came around 10 mins later). When we received our food the burger was obviously cold and still no coffee in sight. Eventually more than half way through our food the coffee arrived.
