KFC Kingsway (Melville) — Restaurant in Gauteng

If the was an option to give the 0 I was going to do that. I normally buy there from time to time. The first time I bought there it was in the morning. I ordered a streetwise 3 pap, streetwise 2 pap, loaded chips, wrapsta and a cuppachino at the drive thru at the collection window they only told me then that their toaster is broken I had to eat a wrapsta that was not toasted I let it slide. Tonight I went there at 21:06 I ordered a streetwise 3 pap and 2 pap they said they don't have pap, I said they must give me chips it's okay. Mind you the drive thru at that time is already closed and I had to walk in as sick as I am. I ordere. My order number was 227 I waited there. My order was called I took my order and went straight to the car without checking, my bad. When I got home they had only packedstreetwise 3 and loaded chips. I called them as soon as I noticed. The lady sepatie I think it's the supervisor if not manager nor RGM she said she'll call back she never did I had to call them again and no one knew what had happened. She gave me attitude when I told her that their service is really poor.! They'll never see me buy from that...

Like with so many other KFC outlets, the service at this store was atrocious. We went into the store for a quick meal. The self service "kiosk" did not have all the items available. We then asked the cashier for KFC mojito krushers. He did not know whether they had and went to ask. 5 minutes later he told us they have. The order was placed and then the wait began. In the meantime many others had to order at the counter since the "kiosk" did not show all the meals. Delivery guys came in after us and was helped. Drive through customers that came in after us was helped. Eventually, almost half an hour later I asked for a refund because we could not wait any longer. The cashier told us that they just began with our order. I asked to speak to a manager and asked for a refund since we could not wait. She told us to wait for our meals are almost done but I insisted on a refund. About five minutes later we got a refund and went across the road to Mc Donalds we were fast, friendly and helpful. The service is bad, workers are incompetent and they don't help with concerns if you have any. They give out wrong orders. I received a wrong order not once at KFC Melville. The waiting time is long. I once left my phone and went to KFC and I did not know I needed it to get my receipt. I forgot my order number and the KFC workers could not help me get my meal. I ordered uncle Waffles burger from the self service machine and it was not available in store, I used card to pay and they said they cant give me my refund back to my card. I had to wait for customers with cash to buy so that they can give me my money back. I waited for a long time before they gave me my money back. They always run out of stock and when you buy it from the self service machine and pay they always offer to give you something else and not refund. May sometimes suggest something that's not worth...
